The release date for NBA 2K18: Prelude was revealed earlier today courtesy of 2K Sports' YouTube channel. The date was shown at the end of three-minute trailer showcasing the art of NBA 2K18.
The demo launches for free on September 8th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners. While the video was absent of any details regarding what the demo may or may not feature, last year's demo served as a launch-pad for MyCAREER mode and allowed gamers to scan their faces, and take part in leading their created player through their college career and to play alongside the league's best as part of Team USA in the Olympic Games.
