Throughout the spring and summer, At Large Bid has had several commits on the podcast to discuss their commitments to Cincinnati.
This edition of "Meet the Commits" features 3* wide receiver Dakarai Anderson out of Perry, Georgia.
Anderson committed to Cincinnati on April 16th and is another speedster that Scott Satterfield and his staff prioritized and added to improve the overall team speed.
Anderson is rated an 87 by 247sports and the 113th best Wide receiver nationally.
Also a track star, Anderson clocked a 10.71 time in the 100 meter dash as a 10th grader and is a guy that the coaches will be able to use in multiple ways on offense as his film shows him used on jet sweeps, bubble screens out of the backfield, as well as lining up as a slot and outside receiver.
In 12 games as a junior, Anderson caught 66 passes for 1,096 yards and 11 TD and helped his Perry squad go 10-2 in Georgia’s AAAA classification.
At Large Bid was joined by both Dakarai and his offensive coordinator, Eric Devoursney, to discuss why he chose the Bearcats over offers from Georgia Tech, Memphis, and Texas A&M, among others.
Cincinnati currently has the 37th best class in the 2024 class. Stay tuned to 48 minutes network as At Large Bid continues to bring more Cincinnati football content.
